As a long standing troop in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) we are proud to be a part of a great organization. You've made a very positive choice to investigate the possiblities of what it means to be a boy scout. There are few places a boy can learn and experience the wide range of activities and skills the BSA has to offer. From basic life-saving and first aid to horseback riding and canoeing. Everything a scout learns stays with him for a lifetime and gives him confidence to achieve.

We invite you to browse our site and get more familiar with our Troop. All are welcome to attend our weekly meetings and learn about the BSA. We have a long standing, consistent presence in Berwyn, IL for over 50 years.

About Troop 60

Our Troop operates year round. We officially start our new scouting year in Sept. with the most activity running through the school year. The Finale being a week-long summer camp in late June. Troop meetings are once a week on Thurs. from 7-8:30pm with only scout patrol leaders meeting on the last Thurs of each month for planning.

Eagle Scout Acheivementsin Berwyn Troop 60 at St. Olido's

Our troop has recently awarded it's 57th Eagle Ranking. We also currently have as many as 5 new Eagle Candidates working on completing their requirements. 2009 should see a big increase on our 50+ totals for Scouts acheiving Eagle Scout. No small feat and one we are very proud of. Congratulations to all past and future Eagles from Troop 60 in Berwyn!
